MAX FITNESS CLASS POLICIES


CLASS ETIQUETTE

  • Reserve your spot in class ahead of time so we know you are coming.

  • Please show up on-time to prevent disruptions once class has begun. 

  • If you arrive early and the previous class is still inside, wait until they exit before entering.

  • Check-in for class in our app once you've arrived. 

  • Let us know about any injuries or if you’re just not feeling 100% before class begins.

  • Please feel free to borrow one of our loaner yoga mats for class, if you don't have one of your own.

  • Be mindful of other's personal space during class. 

  • After class, please wipe down your mat and equipment, and don’t leave anything behind.

  • Our classroom & other equipment is sanitized by our team in between sessions & we do not require a face covering during class. 

  • Please let the management team know directly about any questions or feedback you may have.

 

LATE CANCELLATION & No Show Policy 

Client must cancel class registration 12 hours prior to start time. If client does not cancel 12 hours prior or does not show up, client will be charged $20, for each occurence.

The moment you know you can’t make it to class, please cancel your registration online or in our app.

We want to let you know that this policy is as important for you as it is for us. A strong cancellation policy keeps you accountable and ensures that you keep the commitment to yourself. It can become easy to skip a workout if you’re feeling a bit tired, stressed at work, or need to take care of some things at home. However, when clients know they will be charged for a session if they don’t show up, it forces them to prioritize their health and fitness. 

This policy is put in place to decrease no-shows, missed workouts, and short-notice cancellations. It is this type of consistency that ensures great results for our clients. We are the ones to make sure you do the things you know you need to do to reach your goals! 

The system is designed so every member is “guaranteed” a spot to workout, and it works well only when members book & cancel their classes in advance.

Max Fitness operates on a scheduled appointment basis for all class sessions and thus, requires that clients provide 12 hours notice when cancelling a scheduled class session. No charge will be levied should a client cancel registration MORE than 12 hours before class start time. If a client cancels a session with LESS than 12 hours prior notice, they will be charged $20. NO SHOW is the same as a late cancel and will also be charged $20.

These charges are processed automatically within 24-hours of late cancellation or no show. 

When you arrive to class, please check-in on our app to confirm your attendance. Instructors will check class attendance as well, but this ensures you will be accounted for. 

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: If something beyond your control happens, please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know. Clients must contact Max Fitness directly if an emergency occurs causing them to late cancel or no show within 24-hours:
