Here’s Why Relying on your Willpower Doesn’t Work…

Does this sound familiar? You make a New Year’s resolution to get back on track with your fitness.

You totally rock it for a few days. 

But then something happens out of your control … something at home or work … and you miss a couple of workouts.

It happens to almost EVERYONE. In fact, a study done at the University of Scranton showed that only 8% of people actually KEEP their resolutions.

I have good news! There are some things you can do to make sure you’re part of the small percentage who actually achieve their goals.
