Angela is a NASM Certified Personal trainer, with multiple group fitness accreditations, and is a certified pre and post natal fitness instructor.
Prior to helping open Max Fitness, she ran a successful fitness franchise business for 7 years. She is passionate about connecting with women and inspiring them to become the best version of themselves.
As a single mom with two daughters, it is so important for her to lead by example, teaching them not only to value their health and wellness, but to be a leader and inspire and encourage those around them. When Angela isn't at Max Fitness, she spends time with her daughters, Meadow and Emma.
