My name is Sabrina Toth I am a Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor eager to help individuals stay on track of their fitness goals. What I like to focus on is balance, coordination, and overall strength. In my classes I will teach you corrective form with progressive movements through bodyweight movements and strength and conditioning. My goal for the class is to build a more stable foundation within your overall functional movements. These routines are safe and effective and can be modified for all skill levels . As an instructor, I am a highly positive and energetic person who is ready to help you start the day with a winning mindset.
