Hi! I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Cycle, Barre, POP Pilates Instructor, and 200 hr Certified Yoga Instructor. My passion in life is fitness and helping people live their best selves. I started my fitness career running all types of races including 5k, 15k, 10k, many half marathons, and eventually a full marathon. I stumbled upon group fitness and I fell in love. When I’m not leading group classes, I like to go to Disneyland and hike.
