Chelyse Myers

My name is Chelyse Myers and I'm a certified PiYo, Turbo Kick and AFAA Group Fitness Instructor here in Huntington Beach. I found my love for fitness through Stroller Strides, Moms on the Run Running Club and finally fell in love with PiYo and other group formats. For a busy mom who once had time for yoga, PiYo delivered me the perfect combination of strength, sculpting, cardio, stretching, and great music! I was hooked. I'm a wife and a mom of two active boys, so staying in shape and healthy is important! I've always loved helping others' reach their potential which is why I'm also an LCSW and worked as a child and family therapist before taking a break to become a mom. Fitness is so fun, and helping others become strong and fit is amazing! I hope to see you in class soon :-)
