What is Running Club? This is an 8 week program designed to prepare you for the Surf City 10 on October 15th. Run like a MF'er. Because a little structure and guidance from Max Fitness coaches with years of running experience can go a long way! You’ll also have a group of fun runners to roll with for MILES. Running solo is just plain tough! In this 8 week program you will get: *Bi-weekly training runs with your coach *Private Group for support *Custom Team Tank for the Run *Pre-Race carbo load dinner

RECIPE OF THE WEEK! Roasted Chicken and Veggies INGREDIENTS • ½ sweet potato • ½ pound Brussels sprouts • 1 carrot • ½ head of broccoli • 1½ pound chicken breasts • Olive oil, to taste • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped • 4 cloves garlic, minced • Salt, to taste • Pepper, to taste PREPARATION 1. Preheat oven to 425˚F/220˚C. 2. Cut vegetables, season with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and garlic. 3. Place veggies each in a separate corner of a baking pan lined with parchment paper. 4. Next, season both sides of the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and the remaining rosemary, thyme, and garlic over parchment paper. Seal parchment paper to keep chicken moist, and place on the center of the baking pan. 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked and veggies are done to your liking. 6. Separate veggies into each tupperware with chicken. (If using plastic tupperware, allow food 7 to cool down first). This meal works great with brown rice, so feel free to add some to your meal prep as well. 7. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate up to 4 days!

Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. Doing yoga, children exercise, play, connect more deeply. Members $10 per child Non-members $12 per child We will also have a special guest on site, Heather with Barefoot Books. Barefoot books is a company that creates stories to encourage discovery, creativity, compassion, and global awareness in children. These stories aim to create thoughtful, global citizens. Strengthen your child's mind with thoughtful purpose driven stories.

Our "Meet me at the Barre" event was such a success last week! The evening started with Janine leading the ladies through an awesome Barre class. Then everyone enjoyed shopping at our yoga wear pop-up shop. Randi hosted the rest of the evening - serving wine, mixing cocktails, & providing the ladies with some much needed snacks! 🥂🧀 We can't wait until next time!
