This week our special event is Kids Yoga with Stephanie File {Monday 5:30 - 6:15} Stephanie will be leading your child through traditional poses and using a variety of props to make sure they have fun! RECIPE OF THE WEEK! Cauliflower Crust Pizza Ingredients • 4 cups cauliflower florets • 1 egg, lightly beaten • ¼ cup shredded Italian cheese blend • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese • ¼ cup panko bread crumbs • ½ tsp dried Italian seasoning, crushed • ¼ tsp. salt • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms • 1 cup yellow or green sweet pepper strips • 1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges • 1 tsp. olive oil • ¾ cup pizza sauce • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend • Snipped fresh basil, optional Directions 1. Place cauliflower, in batches, in a food processor. Pulse until cauliflower resembles the texture of couscous (or similar to rice) 2. Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place cauliflower in a microwave safe dish with 2 tbsp of water. Cook, uncovered, 3-4 minutes, or until tender, stirring once or twice. Cool. Transfer to a cheese cloth or towel. Wrap towel around cauliflower and squeeze all the water out. Very important. 3. In a bowl, stir together drained cauliflower and next 6 ingredients, through salt. On parchment paper, pat cauliflower mixture into a crust 12 inches in diameter. It doesn’t need to be perfect. 4. Transfer crust on paper to the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or until crisp and starting to brown. 5. Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook and stir the next 3 ingredients, through onion, in hot oil 4-6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from heat. 6. Spread pizza sauce on baked crust. Top with cooked vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until heated and cheese is melted. If desired, sprinkle with basil.

❗NEW CLASS ALERT❗ Max Yoga Flow Leslie Rothman will be bringing us some Zen, while making you sweat with her special style of yoga. She describes it as instructional and confidence building with attention to cuing, alignment and breath. Class format consists of sequenced vinyasa flow asanas with transitions from pose to pose linked to breath. Students are taught techniques to increase flexibility, balance, strength and concentration. Every Sunday; Starting June 25th {10:30 - 11:30am} *Childcare provided*
