MAX Yoga Flow

Instructional and confidence building yoga class with attention to cuing, alignment and breath.

Class format consists of sequenced vinyasa flow asanas with transitions from pose to pose linked to breath.

Students are taught techniques to increase flexibility, balance, strength and concentration.
